Saturday, March 28 & Saturday, October 31

Gather at Lakeview Lodge Dining Hall for a continental breakfast each morning before heading off in teams to work on the morning projects.  

Gather at noon for food and fellowship. Projects will continue after lunch until around 4 pm.

Lodging is availabile upon request. 

 Menno Haven depends on, and greatly appreciates, the hard work of volunteers like you to keep this 231 acres of God's sanctuary looking great!

​Join us for a time of fellowship, working, helping, and eating together! This is a family friendly event with a little something for everyone in your family and/or congregation.

Schedule:
    8:00am - breakfast and devotional 
    8:30am - work projects begin
    12:00pm - lunch
    12:45pm - resume work projects
    4:00pm - clean up

Possible Projects:

• pick up loose rock in the grass and along the driveway after snow clearing- with tractors, blowers, and flat bottom shovels
• moving boats to the lake from winter storage
• preparing the cabins for summer 
• splitting and moving firewood
• spreading mulch
• cleaning - windows, light lenses, & more 

Come prepared for the weather.

Depending on which projects you plan to help with, we recommend bringing your own: 

• ​tractors with a scoop (call ahead for details)
• flat bottom shovels
• backpack blower
• work gloves
• chain saw
• screw guns and drill bits of various sizes
• your favorite paint brush 
• screw guns & drill bits of various sizes
• eye and ear protection
• water bottle
