Gather at Lakeview Lodge Dining Hall for a continental breakfast each morning before heading off in teams to work on the morning projects.  

Gather at noon for food and fellowship. Projects will continue after lunch until around 4 pm.

Lodging is availabile upon request. 

 Menno Haven depends on, and greatly appreciates, the hard work of volunteers like you to keep this 231 acres of God's sanctuary looking great!

​Join us for a time of fellowship, working, helping, and eating together! This is a family friendly event with a little something for everyone in your family and/or congregation.

Schedule:
    8:00am - breakfast and devotional 
    8:30am - work projects begin
    12:00pm - lunch
    12:45 - resume work projects
    4:00pm - clean up
​
Planned projects for March 2025 include:

• Pool - removing caulk prior to professional pool repair & painting later this spring
  
• Campground Renovation - preparing ground to seed and sowing seed
  
• Firewood splitting
  
• Cleaning and moving boats from winter storage
  
• Setting up outside games
  
• Preparing cabins for summer
  
• Deep cleaning - windows, light lenses and more

Additional projects as able: 

• Clean flower beds for spring
• Trail and Lawn cleanup after winter
• Spreading mulch
• ​Painting external and internal areas around camp
• And more

Come prepared for the weather.

Depending on which projects you plan to help with, we recommend bringing your own: 

• work gloves
• chainsaws
• screw guns, hammers, etc. 
• pruning shears & loppers
• rakes & shovels 
• eye and ear protection​
