Food Service Manager

This year-round, full-time position oversees the operation of a full service kitchen including menu creation, ordering, preparing meals, dietary need accommodations, and the hiring and supervision of cook's assistants, kitchen assistants and volunteers. Prior experience with large quantity cooking (25-150 per seating) is preferred and experience in a camp setting is helpful. The Food Service Manager helps exceed guest expectations of the overall camp experience by providing delicious, healthy, timely meals and a quality dining experience.
